In business, Nick has experience delivering strategic projects, negotiating financing, and leading marketing initiatives.

Jay (he/him) is a dynamic creative with experience in many facets of the esports and gaming industry, including news, broadcasting, social media, community management, content creation, and editorial strategy. Whether it’s drafting bold press releases or recording silly TikToks, he has enjoyed working on campaigns with some of the biggest brands and creators in the field.

With experience as a director, manager, coach, and player Josh has a deep understanding of the competitive esports landscape, particularly in League of Legends. In his previous role as Founder & CEO of X7 Esports, Josh was responsible for the scouting, negotiation and management of talent who had competed in the LEC, LCS, LCK and major international competitions. In that capacity he also led the high-profile brokerage of a number of players into franchise leagues.

George Bray
George (he/him) is a recent BSc Psychology graduate with a passion for esports and gaming. George has worked with industry leaders in esports broadcasting for the last six years as an on-screen talent where he focused largely on FPS titles such as CS:GO, and has experience working and competing in sim-racing titles.

Christian (he/him) holds a degree in Economics and is an avid Call of Duty player. He is currently studying towards the ACCA accounting qualification, alongside carrying out his role as a Finance Graduate within the accounts team for Morgan Sports Law and DotX Talent.
